This renewal introduces a comprehensive array of significant measures regarding remuneration, welfare, employment stability, and collective rights. From an economic perspective, the agreement provides for an increase in the average gross monthly salary, amounting to a total of 205 euros over the full duration of the contract. In addition, flexible benefits will be raised to 250 euros, to be disbursed by February 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Among the most notable innovations is the introduction of a clause establishing a 20% threshold for the stabilization of fixed-term contracts, with the objective of reducing precarious employment and promoting pathways toward more secure and stable positions.
