Alberto has been in the employment law field since 2000. After having started practicing in London for a UK international top-ranked firm as a visiting foreign lawyer, he has been continuing his professional path in business law firms environment, starting from a long lasting experience in a first-tear multinational firm where he practiced for many years, to continue as partner and senior partner in Independent specialized top tear boutiques, being regularly and mainly involved in reorganizations and reshaping processes, M&A and private equity transactions (for labour and employment related aspects), as well as litigation being also admitted to advocate before the Supreme Court. Ranked with Chambers & Partners for 10 years, Alberto is admitted to the Milan Bar and has been for more than a decade member to leading international associations, including the Italian Employment Lawyers Association (AGI) and the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA), further to IBA and ABA.
