Alessandro Longo has extensive experience in providing judicial and extrajudicial advice and assistance to Italian and international clients in the areas of employment and industrial relations.

In 2018, he began his legal career working with independent practices specializing in employment law. From 2019 onwards, after relocating to Milan, he has practiced within the employment departments of leading Italian law firms.

Avv. Longo supports companies on a day-to-day basis in managing all aspects relating to employment, agency, and self-employment relationships. In particular, he provides strategic and operational advice on the management of employment relationships, from their establishment through to termination.
