Enrico has been specializing in employment law and industrial relations for over 25 years, providing daily assistance to companies across various industries. After completing his studies, he began his career in Milan in 1999, developing specific expertise over the years by collaborating with leading specialized firms, including international ones in Milan, where he has held roles as partner and founding partner.

His work primarily focuses on reorganizations, restructuring processes, M&A, and private equity transactions, particularly concerning labour and employment aspects, as well as litigation. Enrico is also admitted to practice before the Supreme Court (Corte di Cassazione).

Admitted to the Milan Bar, he is a long-standing member of several prestigious associations, including the Italian Employment Lawyers Association (AGI). He actively participates in various international Chambers of Commerce, such as the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Italy (Camacoes).
