Raffaele Di Vuolo has been practicing employment law since 2015, after graduating with honors from the University of Rome "Sapienza," where he earned a master’s degree in Employment Law and Industrial Relations. He began his professional career with one of the leading international consultancy firms and later worked with independent practices specializing in employment law. Raffaele Di Vuolo advises CEOs and HR managers on all aspects of human capital management, adopting a collaborative and strategic approach aimed at preventing conflicts between employers and employees. He also provides legal support to individuals (primarily executives and managers) in handling issues that may arise during the employment relationship, including those related to dismissal. Admitted to the Salerno Bar since 2018, he is the author of numerous articles on employment law published in industry journals.
