Stefania Raviele has been involved in labour law and industrial relations for over fifteen years. Born in Caserta, she moved to Milan in 2009. After a brief experience in a multidisciplinary firm, she collaborated with a labour law specialized firm from April 2011 to May 2024, taking on increasingly significant roles.
Since June 2024, she has been a Partner at DL-LAW, a law firm operating exclusively in labour law, dedicated to providing consultancy and assistance to national and multinational companies, offering highly qualified services in a continuous process of renewal and use of the most advanced technological and innovative tools. She is an expert in managing complex industrial relations and corporate social sustainability, guiding companies through certification processes focused on gender equality and human resources management with particular attention to diversity and inclusion.
Additionally, she operates in all areas of labour and union law, both extrajudicial and contentious, and has experience in major M&A operations, handling their labour law aspects. In 2024, she was mentioned by Legal500 as a Next Generation Partner and is the author of numerous publications on labour law and industrial relations. She is also member of several prestigious associations, including the Italian Employment Lawyers Association (AGI).
