Bio
Valentino Biasi has been involved in labour law and industrial relations for over fifteen years. Originally from Cilento, he moved to Milan in 2003 where he graduated from Bocconi University. He collaborated with a labour law specialized firm from October 2008 to May 2024, taking on increasingly significant roles.
Thanks to his continuous assistance activity for Italian and international companies, from the most varied product sectors (industrial, commercial, banking and design), in all phases of labour relations management, Valentino Biasi has acquired an in-depth knowledge of corporate restructuring and reorganization processes, with a focus on trade union negotiations in the context of collective dismissal procedures, extraordinary operations and collective transfers, and on the labour law aspects of extraordinary operations, as well as having developed a particular expertise in agency law.
Additionally, he has experience in major M&A operations, handling their labour law aspects and is the author of numerous publications on labour law and industrial relations.
