NCBA FOR EXECUTIVES OF INDUSTRIAL SECTOR: RENEWAL SIGNED
The National Collective Labor Agreement for the Executives of the Industrial Sector has been renewed for the period from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2027.
Key updates include:
- a broader definition of the managerial role;
- an increase in the minimum guaranteed total compensation to €80,000 for 2025 and €85,000 for 2026;
- mandatory adoption of MBO (Management by Objectives) systems across the board;
- enhanced corporate welfare benefits;
- an entire paragraph dedicated to supporting maternity, paternity, and shared parenting.
